After a bit of a mix up with the music based assembly that originally was going to take place on the Friday before DHS’ holiday break, assembly times have changed to the Tuesday before break during third hour.

This will occur due to the gym renovations taking place on the Wednesday before break. The assembly will now take place on Dec. 17. This assembly will include orchestra, band, and choir. It will also include events like boys hockey singing a Christmas carol, cheer, and pom pon will be performing. The holiday assembly is known for the choir performing along with band and orchestra. 

Along with the holiday assembly, there is also a holiday themed spirit week, Monday being blackout, Tuesday being pajama day, Wednesday being ugly sweater day, Thursday being charger colors, and Friday being holiday colors.
