The DHS boys basketball team concluded their tryouts this past week and began practicing in preparation for their first game. The team opens the Mark Dickerson era Tuesday Dec. 9 on the road against Flushing High School, who defeated the Chargers last year in the season opener . The 2014 DHS basketball roster looks as such:

“We have quite a few juniors but also a good mix of seniors,” junior Mike Robb said. “I think if we come together as a team over the next few weeks we will be more than ready for Flushing and a successful season.”
