Crepe Shop Rolls into Town

Midland now has its own crepe shop. Crepes Et Amis, located at 130 Townsend St, downtown, has been serving crepes to customers since 2013 but it has only recently taken the spotlight.

“It’s a really unique place,” junior Matthew Bone said. “When you walk in, it’s warm and steamy since they’re cooking in a small room and it smells great. The people working there are also really nice.”

They operate in two different forms. They have a crepe truck that can often be found at the Farmer’s Market during the summer months, along with their store downtown. They model their crepes off of Paris crepes, and have put their Strawberry Cheesecrêpe in a claim to fame. They encourage everyone to try that crepe at least once, as it contains fresh strawberries and drizzled in Nutella.

Crepes Et Amis also offers catering services to provide a “gourmet French flare” to any event.
