Beginning Sept. 30 and leading up to Homecoming Friday, students will have school spirit days. 

Monday is Sunday Best versus Sunday Rest and Tuesday is USA Day. Wednesday will be grade level theme days: freshmen are Wonderland which means dressing as your favorite Alice in Wonderland character; sophomores are Bikini Bottom which means they will beach attire or Spongebob merchandise; juniors have Super Mario Land which is dressing up as a character from the Mario video game; and seniors have Emerald City, so they will dress up with bright green clothes. Thursday is Crazy Hair/Crazy Socks Day. Friday is Charger colors. 

Student Leadership 3 plans these spirit days. Leadership executive board member and senior Olivia Wagner said that the group shouts out their ideas in class, and then they vote on all the themes and narrow them down. 

“Students participate in the spirit days because it’s fun and I think it provides a lot of school spirit,” Wagner said.
