DHS is taking on MHS in a volleyball showdown on Oct. 24 at 7:00 p.m. Suffering from a loss in football, MHS is looking to come back strong and show the town that they can still compete against the Chargers. DHS has other plans as they intend to keep the green and gold victorious.
“Our team is really confident,” senior Keely McCaffrey said. “We have had a lot of momentum building up this season and we are ready to capitalize by beating our cross town rivals. Everyone on the team is very excited to play.”
The team’s current record is 29-7-1 overall and is 6-0 in the Saginaw Valley League. DHS volleyball is looking to be victorious over MHS who is 34-8 overall and also 6-0 in the Saginaw Valley League. Both teams are competitive and it should lead to a volleyball game that the town is looking forward to.
