On Sept. 18 the boys varsity tennis team will be playing MHS at home.

“My goal in coaching is to use tennis as an allegory for life and to help raise up young men who understand how to handle conflict, handle stress, and whether win or lose, how to handle both success and failure, dignity and respect to the opponents,” head coach Terry Schwartzkopf said. 

Senior Luvya Dhar said Schwartzkopf gave the team motivation to persevere and push forwards. 

“I think this process for winning mostly is physical preparation and conditioning,” sophomore Sullivan Ladd said.
