Steak Club, a new club at Dow High, is having its first Steak Out on Wednesday, Sept. 18. at Emerson Park after 6th hour. 

“My goal in this club is to have a sort of family cookout and be a big steak family,” club president and senior Max Kidder said. 

This social club is around to have fun and form new connections with people.

“If you like steak and if you like having fun, steak club is the place to be,” senior Alyssa Eddy said. 

Anyone is welcome to join and they are excited to see new people at their first Steak Out. Attending is free, but people must bring $5 or a dish to share if they want to eat the food. Those who cannot participate in today’s meeting will be able to attend future meetings. The next one doesn’t have a set date yet, but the information will be sent out in the announcements and can be found there.
