Students and teachers put together the SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) and SAVE (Students Against Violence Everywhere) programs to bring out awareness so others are informed and can help if they see bullying happening.<\/p>\n<p>Laws have been made to stop bulling. Verbal and physical violence can be stopped,\u00a0and it all starts with\u00a0the students. All it takes to join\u00a0is to go to the meetings and join to help save students from bullying. SAVE\/SADD meetings are Wednesdays from 2:30-3:30 p.m. See Melinda Plaugher or Carol\u00a0Bemmer for any further information. Everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n<p>Students come to school to feel safe and learn. SADD\/SAVE helps give them that opportunity without any other student interfering with the opportunity to learn and feel safe. If a student is being bullied and does not feel like talking to somebody in person, there is now a hotline to call to talk. OK-2-SAY is there to help students who need help but are scared to ask. It&#8217;s anonymous and people are there to talk, listen and to help.
