{"id":12008,"date":"2017-04-13T08:42:52","date_gmt":"2017-04-13T13:42:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/update.midlandps.org\/?p=12008"},"modified":"2017-04-20T09:17:16","modified_gmt":"2017-04-20T14:17:16","slug":"dhs-students-representing-the-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/update.midlandps.org\/index.php\/2017\/04\/dhs-students-representing-the-world\/","title":{"rendered":"Model United Nations team represents the world"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the MSU Model United Nations Conference from March 17 to March 19, the DHS Model UN team once more proved their outstanding qualities in representing countries from all around the globe political debate style. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt was extremely fun, a lot of the topics they had were very interesting, compared with the Oakland tournament the MSU tournament had a much bigger variety of topics to choose from,\u201d junior Abraham Yum said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the competition in which over 900 students from Michigan and all of the US competed, several DHS debaters earned recognitions.
